House Call: Children's Healthcare
Save the date for our upcoming parent education event. A physician panel will discuss the need for childhood immunizations, developmental milestones, preventing childhood diabetes and more. Prostate Screening
Simi Valley Hospital invites all men to a free prostate screening. The screening includes a prostate specific antigen blood test and digital rectal exam. By appointment only. Please preregister by Sept. 22. To schedule a screening, call 805-955-6899.

Want to quit smoking? We can help. Learn how to deal with smoking urges, stress and moods, weight and exercise, slips, lifestyle balance and more. Yoga Classes
The Wellness Community offers a series of yoga classes that utilize gentle stretching, movement, awareness and breath to increase flexibility, aid in stress reduction, and promote a sense of well being. No previous yoga experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel, or blanket to lie on.
