Maternity Tour
In this free tour, expectant parents visit the labor and delivery area, learn how to pre-register at the hospital and receive free gifts, information and coupons at this single session. Sibling Relations
Your older children (designed for ages 3-8) will learn about the changes that will take place when you bring home a new baby. A tour of the maternity unit is included. Children must be at least 2-1/2 years old, in good health and accompanied by a parent. Please bring a doll with you to class for practice. Pre-registration is required. Prepared Childbirth
This four-week course is offered year-round. The class meets on Mondays or Wednesdays. Plan to begin the course during your seventh or eighth month of pregnancy. Breastfeeding Class
There’s no better way to nourish your baby than through breastfeeding, and it’s good for you, too. This class will prepare you for breastfeeding and help you make it a positive experience for both you and your baby. Taught by an internationally board-certified lactation consultant. Breastfeeding Support Group

Infant CPR
This course consists of a 1 ½ hour session and is approved by the American Heart Association. The course includes information on how to perform the basic skills of CPR and how to help an infant who is choking. The Infant CPR program is for new parents, grandparents and others who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. This class includes participation and demonstration.
