The following classes are offered through Simi Valley Hospital (SVH) and its educational partners. Simi Valley Hospital supports the Wellness Community and its mission to provide for the health and wellness of our community. Grief Recovery Support Group
This free support group is for individuals who are suffering from a loss and need a safe place to give expression to their feelings, their questions and emotions. Both support groups are facilitated by Chaplain Ron Hyrchuk, SVH director of spiritual care services, who has more than a decade of experience in helping others work through the death of a loved one. Look Good...Feel Better
Your self-image is always important to your total health and well being. This free support group helps women in active cancer treatment learn techniques to restore their self-image and cope with appearance-related side effects. Certified beauty professionals provide tips on caring for your skin, hair styling with wigs and accessories, and makeup techniques. Call 800-ACS-2345 to make a reservation.

The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura offers several free, weekly groups for people with cancer and family members. Groups are facilitated by a professional therapist.
