Hats Off to Women Luncheon, Fashion Show & Health Screenings

A Benefit for Women’s Services

Women from all over our community are invited to participate in Simi Valley Hospital Foundation’s Hats Off to Women Luncheon, Fashion Show and Health Screenings, which benefits Women’s Services at Simi Valley Hospital.

Friday, April 25, 2008, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum

This year’s event features Jacqueline Berger, a nationally recognized speaker, who will share her insights about our nation’s first ladies. This lively presentation delivers with an exciting and fascinating historical overview of our first ladies and with just the right amount of “sizzle” to make the afternoon a little more fun!

A Focus on Women’s Services

One of Simi Valley Hospital’s highest priorities is creating and maintaining health services that benefit the women of our community. To help meet this need, Simi Valley Hospital opened the Nancy Reagan Breast Center in 1994 for mammography and breast care.

Among its many services today, Simi Valley Hospital operates a well-baby nursery as part of the Women’s and Children’s Services program. For the future, we envision a hospital where parents can give birth with the security of knowing that an in-house Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is available. Your involvement in Hats Off to Women as a sponsor and/or participant will help make this dream a reality in Simi Valley Hospital’s new Patient Care Tower.
