Construction Continues with Lobby Addition
The new lobby will feature a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furniture and striking artwork, and a player piano. This next and final phase of construction will also entail a sheltered patient drop-off, additional parking and thoughtful attention to landscaping.

Demolition of 1965 Building to Commence

Patient Care Tower Move Completed
On June 17, approximately 60 patients were moved from the existing hospital facility to the new Patient Care Tower. Demolition of the original 1965 hospital building will begin within weeks.

Foundation Elects New Chair
Simi Valley Hospital Foundation announced that Jill Haney, vice president of Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, will take the reigns as its new board chair, and that effective immediately five new directors will be serving on its board.
