Mammography Program for Low-Income Women
Nearly 40, 000 women in the United States will die from breast cancer this year, according to the American Cancer Society. Breast Cancer attacks women in all socioeconomic levels of society, but it is often those without adequate health plan coverage and/or income who aren’t diagnosed until it is too late.
Thanks to a generous grant from the National Breast Cancer Foundation, the Nancy Reagan Breast Center of Simi Valley Hospital is currently providing free or low cost mammogram screenings to uninsured and underinsured women.
Call the Nancy Reagan Breast Center at (805) 955–8150 to see if you or your loved one qualifies for a free annual mammogram.
